Associate, Product and Strategy
Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 + bonus annually
Location: US-based, Remote
Egan-Jones Proxy Services seeks a motivated and results-driven Associate to support the firm’s product innovation and business development strategy efforts. The Associate will contribute to the refinement of proxy methodologies, enhance internal systems, and help drive client acquisition and engagement initiatives. This role offers meaningful exposure to research, product strategy, corporate governance research, and client development, with opportunities for growth and increasing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Develop guidance on contested proxy proposals and other complex governance matters.
- Support ongoing updates to proxy voting methodologies, including minor seasonal adjustments and broader off-season enhancements.
- Collaborate with research and IT teams to identify and implement process or system improvements that enhance efficiency and analytical quality.
Business Development Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
- Develop thought leadership materials and marketing collateral to promote services.
- Support client engagement, including outreach, proposals, and account coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
